A live music enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family, Tim is creative, passionate, and generally optimistic. When not seeing Phish, his favorite pastimes include drumming, drawing, and chasing his toddler around the house.

Tim has experience in a wide range of project types, including multi-family buildings, retail structures, tenant fit-outs, office buildings, and a variety of other unique projects. His main focus has been commercial and mixed-use buildings, utilizing a wide range of construction materials and systems. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
