Jared leads by example, believing great work starts with taking care of people—mentoring his team, fostering collaboration, and making sure everyone has the support they need to succeed. A dedicated engineer, he earned his master’s while working full time and holds both P.E. and S.E. licenses—proof he’s serious about his craft. Outside the office, he’s in the garden, at a concert or comedy show, or with his greatest joys, wife Hannah and their three kids. Raised in Leeds, Alabama, Jared is a diehard Auburn fan—ready to cheer (or groan) through football season, and a Braves follower, where heartbreak is always a ninth-inning possibility.
