Ian was born on the water in Cape May, NJ, which turned him into an avid sailor from the time he was old enough to fit on a life jacket.  He enjoys golf, hockey, and spending time with his family.  Commissioned into the Navy Reserve in 2017, he serves as a Staff Officer in a Naval Mobile Construction Battalion.

Ian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He utilizes a wide range of technical knowledge applied across a variety of project types ranging from multi-family buildings, townhomes, commercial & residential renovations, and single-family custom homes.  His primary focus has been mid-rise multi-family buildings and custom single-family homes.
